Do you know a deserving graduating high school senior? Scholarship applications are now being accepted!

Students may apply online starting October 1, 2014. Visit http://aim.applyists.net/RMHC to apply! Graduating high school seniors may apply to only one of the four scholarships. The four scholarships available through the Southern California chapter are:

RMHC/Scholars
RMHC/Asian Pacific American Students Increasing Achievement (ASIA)
RMHC/African-American Future Achievers
RMHC/Hispanic American Commitment to Educational Resources (HACER)

Applicants will be notified of their scholarship award status in April-June 2015. More than $300,000 in scholarships will be awarded to eligible high school seniors who reside and attend school in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.  Recipients must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills and a commitment to their communities.

Since 1990, more than $4.8 million in scholarship funds have been awarded to Southland students. Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California funds scholarships to local students as part of the RMHC ongoing commitment to education. The McDonald’s Operators’ Association of Southern California (MOASC) funds the administrative costs needed to make the Southern California scholarship program possible.
